Thousands without power following substation fire

RIGBY — A fire at the north Rigby electrical substation has left thousands without power Wednesday night. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Central Fire District are currently on the scene. A vehicle crashed into a pole in front of Sonic Drive-in Thursday afternoon on Second East.
