It’s been almost four years since I flew into the Salt Lake City airport feeling more excited than scared, and came to BYU-Idaho.
We, as the Scroll editorial board value differences and abominate discrimination and racism. We consider different cultures, races and backgrounds essential for society to gain an open mind about the world.
Since I came to Idaho, I have heard people say how much they love hiking and how beautiful the places are, but no one ever mentions how dangerous it is and how much your body hurts from the exercise.
On Tuesday, Jan. 16, President Russell M. Nelson reorganized the First Presidency and called President Dallin H. Oaks to be his First Counselor and President Henry B. Eyring to be his Second Counselor.
During this Christmas season, let’s do more. Let’s open our eyes to opportunities to serve and let’s demonstrate our love and appreciation for Christ’s sacrifice through service.
