BYU-Idaho Student Takes Steps Towards Hope

BYU-Idaho student Carina Wawro from Denton, Texas is on her off-track this spring semester and had the opportunity to help clean up parts of Oklahoma City that was hit by the recent tornadoes.

Mormon Helping Hands has become a relief center at the LDS Moore stake center where several LDS members come each Saturday to help clean up the city and rebuild it.

“It was an amazing experience that really opened my eyes. I was so grateful for all of the blessings I have been given,” said Wawro.
