Driver who crashed into The Towers under the influence of meth

Police, Madison Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to The Towers apartments Wednesday afternoon after Amanda Rae Henry of Fremont County crashed her car into the complex’s building.

The 27-year-old was transported to Madison Memorial Hospital where it was determined that she was under the influence of methamphetamine, according to police reports.

She was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence, infraction failure to display insurance and was placed on felony probation.

Henry was arrested and taken to jail.
