Idaho Falls man arrested for prescription fraud

IDAHO FALLS – Idaho Falls Police arrested 26-year-old James D. Hagan on a warrant for prescription fraud the morning of Thursday, Sept. 25.

According to reports, Hagan altered a prescription and illegally obtained a 30-day supply of Oxycodone. The incident was reported to the police in May and was pending a warrant from the local prosecutor’s office.

Hagan, of Idaho Falls, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail with a bail bond of $123,500.00 and was arraigned Thursday, Sept. 25 at 1:30 pm.
