Idaho Falls Zoo Needs Volunteers

The Idaho Falls Zoo at Tautphaus Park is in need of adult volunteers for the 2016 season.

“Based on interests, a variety of opportunities are available including gardening, exhibit maintenance, leading tours, conducting winter outreach programs, helping with special events and caring for the animals in the zoo’s education department,” according to a press release on Idaho Falls City Web page.

The Idaho Falls Zoo is scheduled to re-open April 9. The cost of admission is $7.50 for adults 13-61, $6 for seniors 62 and over, $4.50 for children 4-12 and free for children 3 and under, according to the Idaho Falls Zoo’s Web page.
