Tyrell Fisher, a resident of Rexburg currently on probation for a felony, was arrested Wednesday, April 14, after deputies found him in possession of keys to two stolen vehicles, according to East Idaho News.

Madison County Sheriff deputies received a report of a stolen vehicle from a residence around 5:30 a.m. The person reported that another vehicle, not belonging to them, had been left at their home next to where their vehicle had been parked.

Investigators found the car to be registered under Fisher’s name.

After locating the abandoned car, Madison deputies and officers with the Rexburg Police Department found Fisher and another man at Teton Lakes Golf Course.

Upon finding Fisher, investigators said they found the keys for two stolen vehicles: the abandoned one that had been reported and another that had not yet been reported.

The man with Fisher was released pending further investigation.
