Beehive Clothing, which produces garments and temple clothing for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who have participated in sacred ceremonies in the Church’s temples, is offering new garment options for women.
“Based on feedback from LDS women worldwide, Beehive Clothing has created new garment options to help endowed sisters find a more customized fit,” according to lds.org.
Women are given more waist placement options for knee-length garment bottoms. A square-neck top is also available while the chemise-style tops are unchanged, according to lds.org.
The two new specifications for waist options made available are natural waist garment bottoms and lower waist garment bottoms. Natural waist options allow for added ease through waist, hips, seat and legs. Lower waist options are similar but are designed to sit just above the high hip, according to lds.org.
The new square-neck tops offer different cup options to ensure a more accurate fit. The neck design better fits the shoulders while Raglan sleeves lie flat under clothing. The tops lengths have been extended to ensure full coverage with the new garment bottoms, according to lds.org.
Garment purchasing has been made easier with the option for endowed members to try on garments before purchasing them. Garments may also be returned even if the packaging is opened, ideally within 90 days, according to lds.org.
“Temple garments are worn by adult members of the Church who have made sacred promises of fidelity to God’s commandments and the gospel of Jesus Christ in temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,” according to Mormon Newsroom.
