Smoothie Bowls

This is a simple recipe that is not only delicious and healthy but is very Instagram worthy!

Blend 2 cups of  your choice of frozen fruit

Fruit used in video:

Blackberries

Strawberries

Blueberries

Add one cup of almond milk and blend until the consistency is thick

 

Place smoothie into a bowl and add toppings of your choice

Toppings used in video:

Blueberries

Strawberries

Bananas

Mango

Granola

Chia seeds

Dry roasted pepitas
