Shooting color can be a lot of fun, but it’s important to know how to shoot it properly and still make it appealing to the eye. When you’re shooting pictures in color, try to remember color schemes and to keep to a color theme. If you can master it, it’s also good to have contrasting colors. Colors that contrast in a picture are always appealing to the eye. For instance, you might take a picture of orange flowers in a field of green grass — these are contrasting colors on the color wheel, so our eyes are drawn to it more.
