BYU-Idaho students celebrated the longest day of the year with the annual Summer Solstice event.

While it is usually held on the fields at BYU-I, this year it was held at the Outdoor Learning Center at Badger Creek. Student Activities had the opportunity to work with the Outdoor Learning Center (OLC), and were able to have additional activities this year. The event is typically held for the community, but this time around it was exclusive to BYU-Idaho students, and staff. The goal for participants was about 150, but it was exceeded by reaching almost 400 that came out the solstice event. BYU-Idaho IBC groups provided some of the food sold at the event.

Activities included a ropes course, giant swing, Slip N’ Slide and water fight, and more.
