The Bumboocha Grill is a Hawaiian-inspired grill located on campus in Emma’s Kitchen on the third floor of the John L. Clark building. It focuses on providing great food and a relaxing Hawaiian experience.

The grill is an Integrated Business Core (IBC) project that helps students learn how to run a business and prepare them for a future career in the industry. Students are in charge of the many different aspects of the grill and making sure it is successful. The Bumboocha Grill serves many different foods, including Huli Huli chicken, Kalua pork and Hawaiian fried rice.

However, as it is an IBC group, the Bumboocha Grill will be open only until the end of the semester.
