BYU-I tutoring website moved to I-Plan

The tutoring center has a new website to help students in their studies: I-Plan.

“We’ve been using our new tutoring system for over a year — since January 2014,” said Joshua Davenport, Online Tutoring Coordinator. “It was the first module of I-Plan to be released.

Davenport said that even though only last week the features like the new Web page were released publicly, the old system crashed often and the new one is easier to use.

Davenport said I-Plan also integrates videos that might help students who are struggling with a specific course, and will also integrate services from the internship support and advising schedule.

If students have any difficulties using the new website, they can contact the help desk center at 208.496.9000 or access the live chat on the Information Technology Web page.
