What is P2B

The Power To Become conference or P2B is a professional development conference.

“The Power to Become (P2B) Conference encourages students, alumni and guests to discover their passion, tell their story and to network effectively,” according to the BYU-Idaho website.

The conference is an opportunity for students of BYU-I to learn from professionals the tools needed for success in the work field.

P2B has a fun feel to it where you can find games and prizes during the conference, according to the BYU-I website, P2B has it’s own Itinerary and is on Friday, February 5, 2016 and Saturday February 6, 2016.

Friday starts with a “Welcome/Kickoff” at the Hart gym at 5:00pm and ends at 9:30pm with Jason Hewlett for some entertainment, according to the BYU-I website.

Saturday starts with a breakfast at the Manwaring Center at 9:00am and ends with Robert Sullivan for “Network Effectively.” The whole schedule can be found on the BYU-I website.

The conference offers, “valuable principles you can apply in your life to help you discover your passion, tell your personal story and land your dream job by networking effectively,” according to the BYU-I website.

Speakers include President Clark G. Gilberts former CEO of Deseret News Publishing Company; Stephanie Hall Barclay, Legal Counsel for The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and many others, according to the BYU-I website.
