Karie Anne's Frozen Desserts is a Rexburg summer staple. Every summer, Karie Anne opens shop in the lot next to the Walgreens off Main Street. While it's not ice cream, Karie Anne's gelatis, a mixture of custard and Italian ice, are a major hit.

Customers say that it is the perfect amount of sweetness without being overpowering, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

"It is a place where you always want to come back to," said one customer.
