BYU-Idaho offers an array of group fitness classes aimed to provide opportunities for students to stay active and healthy.

According to BYUI’s sports and fitness page, these classes can help students stay healthy and improve their studies at no cost.

Some of the classes include aerobics, cycling and water-based exercises. Classes range from high-intensity workouts to low-impact exercises, allowing students to select options that align with their individual needs and preferences.

In general, these classes are offered on weekdays, with a few on Saturdays.
