Breaking News: Vehicle catches fire on BYU-I campus parking lot

A vehicle parked on BYU-Idaho’s campus caught fire the afternoon of Feb. 22. Members of the Madison County Fire Department and Rexburg Police Departments arrived in time to stop the flames from spreading.

According to Deputy Ally Greenhalgh, it is uncertain how the fire started. When Scroll arrived on the scene at 4 p.m., the fire was extinguished.

A tow truck picked up the vehicle which was parked on the east side of campus, near the Hyrum Manwaring Center.
