Sunday, April 1, will host three events: April Fools’, Easter and 188th Annual General Conference that may give an interesting twist to the day.
There may be more pranks, less candy and more attention to the things said at general conference.
The two holidays fall on the same day, and the internet has some things to say about it. The hashtag #easterfools is trending due to the upcoming day.
Here are a few reactions from the internet:

For members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, general conference will also be on the same day.
“It’s funny that it’s all happening at the same time but I think it’s a way to be spiritually uplifted, spend time with family and have fun with friends,” said Camila Parada Leon, a sophomore studying business management.
Kaitlyn Austin, a junior studying English, said it is funny that the holidays intersect with general conference.
Aside from general conference bringing the family together, Easter and April Fools’ will also provide the opportunity for families to come together.
“It will be cool,” said Renee Louie, a sophomore majoring in international studies. “I’m going to miss my family because I’ve had Easter with them, and I hate being tricked and I’m naive, but I’m looking forward to general conference.”
According to AL, Easter has fallen on April Fools’ Day only four times, the first time being in 1923.
This will be the fifth time that Easter will fall on April Fools’, and the next time this will happen is in the year 2029, reported AL.
