Founded with a passion for sharing the rich agricultural heritage of Rexburg, Lil’ Spuds is on a mission to “Bring Rexburg's culture to campus through locally sourced homemade potato chips.”

The Lil’ Spuds website, linked here, highlights Brant Kerbs, a Rexburg farmer who sources all of the Lil’ Spuds fresh potatoes. You can also purchase chips on this website for pick up at the IBC booth located on campus.
