It’s the most wonderful time of the semester: A Campus Christmas

The smiles were everywhere Thursday, Nov. 20, as students gathered for A Campus Christmas.

Outside the John Taylor Building, a giant pine gleamed with soft yellow lights as speakers on each end of the quad played Christmas classics. Students walked to and from stations, laughing and exchanging chatter.

Scroll Photographers did their best to capture some of the magic of the evening in the following photos:

In the Manwaring Center, students could snack on cinnamon rolls, decorate cookies, or watch the movie "Elf." Students could also explore the bustling streets of a mini-make-believe Bethlehem, hugging the south side of the Manwaring Center. This came complete with a Pharisee preaching a sermon, Roman soldiers, and street vendors who were more than happy to heckle the occupying Roman regime. Last but not least, students could catch a horse-drawn carriage and see more displays of Christmas lights.
