With the snow gone and the sun out, new activities open in Rexburg, including the BYU-Idaho ropes course.
The ropes course is made of events such as the team development course, the alpine tower, the giant swing, and more.
However, course manager Tyler Pape says it’s less about the amenities and more about the experience.
“Everything that we do has a theme or a purpose to it, here at the ropes course,“ said Pape. “So, when you guys come to the ropes course, it’s deeply significant.”
Student, Dustin Ellis who attended with his ward, agrees with Pape and even says he was enlightened from participating
“I think I gained just a better understanding of the things that I could accomplish,” said Ellis. “Just whenever I thought I couldn’t do something more, I was able to push myself and to climb to new heights.”
The ropes course has two locations: one right by the per fields, and the other at Badger Creek Park. Additional information can be found at the BYU-I website.
