Two Idaho teens, Allen Fischer, 13, and Rachelle Fischer, 15, went missing Sunday from Monetville, ID, according to an Amber Alert sent out Monday afternoon.
Their mother, Elizabeth Roundy, told ABC4 News that she believes the teens were taken to Trenton, UT, near Logan, by members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Amber Alert was sent out at 12:52 p.m. Monday, informing that the teens' disappearance may be in connection with the FLDS church, and the grey Honda sedan with Utah plates is believed to be headed to Mendon, UT.
Roundy, a former member of the FLDS church, said that the disappearance is in connection with a prophecy by FLDS church president Warren Jeffs. Jeffs is currently serving a life sentence for sexual assault in a Texas state prison.
"The children’s mother alleges that her children were abducted following a revelation claimed to have been received by Warren Jeffs, the President of the FLDS Church, in August of 2022. The revelation speaks of a time when its followers will 'prepare themselves and their children to either be translated or Celestial[y] resurrected,'" reported ABC4 News.
18-year-old Elintra Fischer, an older sibling of the missing teens, went missing in January and has yet to be located. ABC4 News reported that Roundy believes "the children left with Elintra to fulfill their religious obligations."
Roundy told ABC4 News that she fears what could happen to her kids in light of these recent "revelations," saying that what FLDS members are told to do is "erratic."
"The two juveniles were last seen wearing traditional FLDS clothing. Rachelle was reportedly last wearing a dark green prairie dress, while Allen was seen wearing a light blue shirt with jeans and black slip-on shoes before the alleged abduction," according to ABC4 News.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information on these missing teens to contact them at 208-745-9210 option 7, according to ABC4 News.

Welp, guess they weren’t in enough hot water thanks to Jeffs.
