According to Rexburg Police, the situation is still under investigation. “Preliminary investigation looks like it’s a medical condition that was the cause,” Assistant Chief Gary Hagan said.
Rexburg Police and Madison Fire Department responded, closing the intersection for about half an hour.
“The scene was cleared at 7:37 p.m.,” Hagan said.
The intersection is now open to traffic.
